Chester Homebuyers Assistance Program (HAP)
CCIP, in partnership with the Chester Economic Development Authority (CEDA), provides assistance to low- and moderate-income families interested in becoming first-time homeowners in the city of Chester. Eligible homebuyers could qualify for up to $10,000 in down payment and closing assistance funds to purchase a home.
Delaware County Homeownership First and Revitalization Program
CCIP, in partnership with the Delaware County Office of Housing & Community Development (OHCD), provides assistance to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers interested in purchasing a home in Delaware County. Eligible homebuyers could qualify for up to $5,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to purchase a home.
